Replace side workflows
Move record intake, remediation, review, and approval work out of fragmented spreadsheets and email chains.
EntryLayer + Snowflake
Available on Snowflake MarketplaceEntryLayer runs as a Snowflake Native App so teams can build operator-facing forms, review queues, grids, approvals, and audit-ready workflows close to the data and controls they already trust in Snowflake.
Why EntryLayer with Snowflake
Snowflake is often where trusted enterprise data already lives, but human-in-the-loop operational work still tends to happen somewhere else: spreadsheets, email, shared trackers, ticketing systems, or custom internal CRUD applications. Those handoffs create extra systems to govern, explain, and maintain.
EntryLayer gives teams a business-facing interface for that work. Data stewards, analysts, operators, and process owners can review, correct, enrich, submit, and approve records while the surrounding data access model remains anchored in Snowflake.
Benefits
Move record intake, remediation, review, and approval work out of fragmented spreadsheets and email chains.
Launch forms, grids, workflow states, and permissions without building a bespoke internal CRUD application.
Record access logs, field-level change history, form-structure changes, approvals, and status transitions.
Snowflake-native architecture
EntryLayer is delivered as a Snowflake Native App and runs on Snowpark Container Services. Application state, including submissions, workflow states, access logs, field-level change history, project change logs, and status transitions, is stored in Snowflake Hybrid Tables inside the customer's account.
The product uses Restricted Caller Rights so source-backed records remain aligned with existing Snowflake grants, row access policies, and masking policies. Snowflake Cortex supports secure, in-account setup assistance without requiring a separate external LLM integration or vendor-hosted AI workflow.

Governed downstream extraction
EntryLayer separates source data from workflow state. Source-backed rows can be reviewed through Snowflake controls, while EntryLayer-managed submissions and audit history are stored separately in Hybrid Tables. Customer-owned source tables are not modified by the application.
After review or approval, customers can pull curated submission data through Snowflake table functions and EntryLayer-generated extract SQL into downstream tables, dbt models, Snowflake tasks, stored procedures, analytics workflows, or other governed data pipelines under their own controls.
Evaluate EntryLayer on Snowflake
EntryLayer is available through Snowflake Marketplace for organizations evaluating governed data entry, review, approval, and audit workflows inside Snowflake.
